1. Services

We provide web development and app development services as agreed upon in project contracts. The scope, timeline, and payment terms will be outlined in individual agreements with clients.

2. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the execution of your project.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Refrain from using our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed upon:

• We retain ownership of any intellectual property developed during the project until full payment is received.
• Upon payment, you receive a license to use the developed work as specified in the project agreement.
• You guarantee that any materials provided to us do not infringe on third-party rights.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows unless stated otherwise in the project agreement:

• Invoices must be paid within 14 days of issuance.
• Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project. This obligation continues beyond the completion of the project unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches the Terms. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for work completed must be paid.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
